We’re excited to invite new families, and returning players and their whānau along to our Junior Give it a Go Day, which is a great chance to see what rugby and rippa is about, connect, have some fun, and kick off the 2026 rugby season together!

Whether you’re brand new to rugby or a returning player, everyone is welcome.

What’s happening on the day:
🏉 New players can come along and give rippa or rugby a go
🏉 Returning players, coaches, and managers can have a run around with teammates and this season’s rugby staff
👕 Old uniform and boot swaps available
🎯 Plenty of activities for the kids
🌭 Free sausage sizzle for everyone
🏉 It's FREE to attend

🎉 Bonus:
Families who register their child on the day or before the end of February will receive a 20% discount on the registration fee.

📍Located at the Waitākere Rugby Club, next to Trust Stadium on the main field where the track and stands are.
